AL-COR offers a walk-in badging service, for both established accounts and new customers. Just follow the below guidelines and we'll take care of you when you come in!
- Employees MUST come to get their badge with a COMPLETED & SIGNED
INDENTIFICATION BADGING REQUEST FORM. All employees that do not have
this form will be turned away for the protection of the parent company. - A personal ID is required by the employee to check against their request form.
- Badging Request Form, print the form from your browser window, and fill it out and bring with you to have badge completed.
