Incorporate up to 3 images, signatures, and fingerprints to any card, using standard Windows-compatible capturing hardware. Capture 24-bit color images using Video for Windows or TWAIN interfaces. Hide database fields from view. Associate individual database fields by providing user permission; thirteen options are available for configuring user permission. Protect fields protected from viewing or editing by unauthorized users. Select groups of records can be exported. Write and reuse selected queries to search on the database.

Ease of Use

Network Version
ID Card Maker II allows you to hookup to other databases and run multiple versions of the software in a networked environment. Three stations are available: "Guard Station" - allows individuals to browse the database and view records and images, "Data Entry" - dedicated to text entry and edit, "Image Capture" - dedicated to taking portraits and other images, all are connected to a shared database.
Batch Operations allows you to work with groups of records.
Several batch options (edit/update, delete, print, override badge type) are available at the click of a button.
